Cheese and Charcuterie Board Building with Sara Adduci
Ever wonder how to build a beautiful cheese and charcuterie board? It is time to take your love of cheese to the next level! Join cheesemonger Sara Adduci, as she guides you through the whole process, from cheese selection and cutting techniques, to making salami roses and choosing the right accompaniments. Sara had been working in cheese for over 18 years and loves to share her passion for all things cheesy.
This class is designed to be fun and informative, giving you the foundation you need to start creating pretty and delicious boards. You will leave with some new skills to impress your friends AND a small cheese board to prove it!
Students are asked to bring in a 12" dinner plate or similar(cutting board, platter, etc) to build their cheeseboard on to take home at the end of class. Meat and cheese will be provided for snacking in class. Class to include one glass of wine or beer.
Cost is $75 per person
Additional wine and beer available for purchase in class.
